I help people like you slow down, make sense of what’s happening, and reconnect with themselves and their relationships - safely and at their own pace.
Together, we listen to the different parts of you that carry fear, responsibility, anger, or longing, and begin to understand what they need.
I’m passionate about this work because I know how isolating it can feel when you’re trying to “hold it together” while something inside is asking for care and attention. As someone with lived experience of major transitions myself, I bring not only professional training, but genuine understanding, curiosity, and respect for your story.
